We headed out this past week to do some camping and cabining with our family and Tom. We started out our outdoor adventure with a canoe/kayak trip down the St. Croix River. We were shuttled to Thayer's Bridge in Danbury, Wisconsin and then began our 4 hour journey down the National Scenic St. Croix Riverway. We completed our voyage at our campground at the St. Croix State Park. We set up camp, made dinner, enjoyed smores and the campfire. The kid's had a great time camping, but I was glad we were only staying for one night!

We arrived in Hayward, Wisconsin on Sunday afternoon to enjoy a lovely day on Round Lake. This area is so beautiful and has so much to see and do. We love visiting Grand Pines Resort in Hayward in the summer as much as we do in the winter. This trip brought about a few new things we did this past week...
Tom's cabin in Grand Pines Resort on Little Round Lake in Hayward, Wisconsin.
We visited a farm where we could pick our own fruits and vegetables. Everyone enjoyed
