We made our annual expedition to Lake Osakis for the 4th of July with the Haller's, Barta's and Papa & Nana. We spent five glorious days enjoying the absolutely beautiful weather. We enjoyed doing many activities together such as...go-carting, boating, tubing, water skiing, knee boarding, making tye-dyed shirts, bike riding, building sand castles, jet skiing, playing at the park, shopping and of course eating! On the 4th of July we had a friendly game of wiffle ball with the neighbors. The kid's team won by a landslide! We ended of our independence day celebration with our own personal viewing of fireworks in the yard by DJ, and then headed out on the lake for the big show. We look forward to this event each year with family...it is a time to slow down, relax, delight in the beautiful scenary, and make memories with our families!
